Sunshine Sports - Enrolment Terms & Conditions 1. Enrolment & payment Enrolment is confirmed on payment. Fees are charged per term/block. 2. Participation & medical I confirm my child is fit to participate and I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. 3. Photography I consent to photos/video of my child being used in Sunshine Sports marketing (social media, website). If you would prefer we don't, let us know and we'll make sure your child isn't included. 4. Cancellations & refunds [Edit this section to your policy.] 5.
